High impact injuries are a physical and mental trauma, and should be treated as such. Here's a bit of a reflection I had after my second knee surgery.

I took an Aboriginal Literature class when I was living in Australia. It changed my whole perspective on the country, and still deeply affects me today. This was the final reflection paper I wrote in the class (it's a very spiritual/creative/loose piece).
