Flow
I’ve been watching the river a lot lately.
Trying to mirror its flow;
in my movements, in my interactions, in my state of mind.
The river’s an element of motion.
It moves with the land,
shifting form in order to adapt with its environment.
Constantly changing, constantly evolving.
It’s a seamless stream of action and reaction.
To flourish and sustain its form, it stays in a condition of perpetual flow.
Powerful, seamless, and cyclical in nature.
Water in its entirety is a physical representation that no two moments can be the same
and that we live in a sphere of movement.
To enter flow state is to enter that sphere.
Flow state is a level of consciousness we reach when what we’re doing becomes completely instinctive.
A fluid mind, body, soul connection.
We enter a place where motion and creativity become organic.
Like the river, a human in flow moves with ease.
When we find that ease, the rawest form of self expression reveals itself.
